[Endpoint Control] Enado Endpoint Control Drivers

Overview
The Enado controller uses the JADConfig Report File to create the HDMI Matrix driver - the commands to switch sources - but there are other features of Just Add Power that need additional information to control:
- Video Wall
- Audio Control
- CEC Control
- KVM
- Tiling Transmitter Layout
- Warp Transmitter
These drivers are compatible with both JADConfig and AMP VLAN systems.
