Diagnostic Screen Message

Message Meaning
The Receiver does not have an active network connection. If the Receiver is PoE, PoE is working but data transmission is not.

Solutions

  1. The network cable may not be properly seated. Disconnect and reconnect the network cable at both ends.
  2. The network cable may be bad. Swap the network cable with a known-working cable.
  3. The network port on the switch may be bad. Swap the network cable to a different port on the switch.
  4. The network port on the Receiver may be bad. Swap the Receiver with a known-working Receiver.
