Just Add Power firmware version A6.5.5 introduces the ability to disable the power and data LED lights of a Just Add Power unit. The setting may be applied by sending the following command via telnet (port 23):

lightsoff.sh

The command does not persist through a power-cycle, and would need to be resent after a reboot. The command also does not impact the device's inner light activity.

2G does not have the ability to modify the default behavior of the Power/Data LEDs.
