Overview

Just Add Power Encoders convert HDMI signals into network packets for transport across the network. Decoders convert those packets back into HDMI for display. This encoding and decoding process introduces a small amount of video latency.

Latency Specification

MaxColor Series systems have approximately 16 milliseconds of Encoder-to-Decoder latency. This is equivalent to slightly less than one frame at 60 Hz or approximately 0.4 frame at 24 Hz.
